We provide onsite waste water treatment system design and installation services in the area's of Cochrane, Airdrie, Rocky View County, Calgary, Rocky Mountain, Big Horn and throughout southern Alberta. Our team is equipped to handle residential projects, ensuring compliant and efficient wastewater solutions. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, feel free to contact us!

If the system is new, the 1st pump out should be within 6 to 12 months. Then every 12-36 months afterwards dependent on usage. 

If you're pumping out your septic tank more then once a year, the system should be inspected to figure out if there is any issues with the system (broken pipes, blockages, system under sized, etc.).

The design process is as follows:

  • Information gathering -  home and land information
  • Request locates - public and private lines
  • Site visit - plot out house, utility, property lines, set backs, water sources, dig min 2 test pits around the area of where the system will be placed & gather soil samples.
  • Soil samples sent into Lab for analysis
  • PSTS OWTS design specific to your project, including home owners manual.

The whole process can take on average 2-3 weeks, dependent on turn around time on locates and lab analysis.
